How many people would describe their lives as creative? Awe-inspiring? Sensual? I believe that every moment - from the mundane to the miraculous – holds the potential to be beautiful, bold, and deliciously vibrant. I believe that Being Alive is an Art™ and my work is to help activate this mindset in everyone.
When Being Alive is an Art, we are ALL invited to be creators of our own masterpieces. Yet as we design our tour de force, we sometimes can feel disconnected, overwhelmed, unfocused, unclear about purpose and passions.
Our world is filled with a lot of creativity killers, like comparison, and the need to be perfect, and the lack of opportunities for deep, honest connection. These feelings are normal, and they give us the catalyst to connect us back to the essence of our being through the art of our personal stories.
